The short explanation of this alert was:

On February 25, 2010, the White House will host a health care summit at which House and Senate leadership will try to come to an agreement on if and how to move forward with health reform. If Congress does not pass health reform now, there may not be another opportunity to reform the health care system for decades. Access to comprehensive, non-discriminatory health care that does not roll back women's access to basic health care services, including abortion care, is critical to the lives of millions of families throughout this country.
