This national conference call will be moderated by NCJW President Nancy Ratzan and will feature:

• Emily Bazelon, a Senior Research Scholar in Law and Truman Capote Fellow for Creative Writing and Law at Yale Law School and senior editor at Slate Magazine
• Erwin Chemerinsky, the Founding Dean and Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of California, Irvine, School of Law who regularly argues appellate cases before the US Supreme Court and the US Courts of Appeals
